Sports Tots Kids will enhance their gross motor skills and enjoy the action-packed exercises designed into our Tee-Ball program. The Tee-Ball syllabus will help children build core muscle strength, leg muscles, and upper body strength. As children get stronger, they gain greater balance and control which improves their overall skill and level of success.
Children will improve their gross motor planning by repetition involving rolling, throwing, catching and hitting. These activities improve motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and timing. Ball skills are an essential part of the developmental progression.
A Healthy Body
Active Sports sessions help increase muscle growth, and our exercises contribute to strengthening the core, which is the sturdy central link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. A strong core also enhances balance and stability. Thus, it can help prevent falls and injuries during sports or other activities. In fact, a strong, flexible core underpins almost everything we do.
Building Connections
Sport Tots promote a sense of community within the early childhood setting by building connections. They are inclusive and ensure children have the skills to participate and contribute to group play. Our coaches take extra care in placing the children in achievable and challenging situations where they can develop their skills further.
